Job Description
  • Provide customer service support for inbound calls and book reservations for limousine, sedan, and buses.
Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound telephone calls from customers booking reservations and service.
  • Radio dispatch current days reservations to drivers.
  • Assign drivers to vehicles.
Abilities
  • PC Windows experience; experience with Aleph reservation system a plus.
Reports To
  • Dispatch Shift Supervisor

  • Morning, Afternoon, & Night Shifts are available.
